Occupy Democrats Parody
Poor Walter must be rolling in his cryogenic chamber as his magical creations have again been subjected to defacement by the poor stewards who once again have proven themselves unfit curators of Disney’s art.
They closed the Pirates of the Caribbean attraction this past spring break to repaint Disney’s Mona Lisa with an apparent goal to remove any evidence that pirates once behaved nearly as poorly as ISIS did under the Obama administration.
A “Take a Wench for a Bride” featured a child friendly glimpse at the unfortunate practice to offer any reasonably marketable fair maidens as a form of booty for trade. A punchline featured a robust woman chasing after scrawny pirate men as a minor and comical expression of poetic justice.
This most recent assault on my once favorite Pirates of the Caribbean is not the first example of vandalism of Disney’s finest animatronic interactive. In the 90’s during the earlier horror of a Clinton administration, the park placed trays of food in the hands of the maidens being chased to sell a lie that the pirates might be interested more in pastries than “muffins.” Then more recently the ride was closed again to cheapen it with the installment of multiple copies of Captain Jack Sparrow as a movie tie in.
Rather than focus on the real world practice of selling women brought back into vogue by Obama’s ISIS, or Disney’s contemporary hypersexualization of small children, the useless 3rd wave feminists take to blogging their worry over mere depictions of pirate life.
But, alas, with a couple more decades of Cultural Marxism and Feminism permeating American pop culture, the inevitable final steps have been made to take defacement of Walter’s sacred art to the next level.
Of course the interconnected corporate conglomerates have already destroyed the ambience outside the rides, and made the lines long and unbearable by their complicit actions to bust borders, so I suppose the magic spark of Walt’s creation had already been smothered by an overcrowding that often leads to dangerous situations inclusive of health concerns.
Still, if there were a reason I’d consider another visit not driven strictly by other family member’s desire to brave the crowds, it would have been to experience Disney’s own art. And tragically that’s been handed to some real pirates that continue their own tradition of looting Disney’s treasures in a futile attempt to mollify the growing ranks of mentally deranged feminists, or perhaps to appease their own inner lunatic.
